Scoped Rifle 3 – May31/June1 – Kingsbury

It’s not one shot, one kill.  It is one shot and a good correction.  This class will master the team dynamics of scoped rifle work.

This class has:

• Moving target engagements
• Direct observation techniques
• Indirect observation techniques
• Long distance accuracy on paper
• Low light long range
• Mission planning
• Working in larger teams

Equipment:
Eye pro
Ear Pro
200 rounds capable of 2 MOA (if you have problems with hitting a 3MOA target, bring more)
Rifle capable of 2 MOA
Scope
Sling
Means to support rifle (Bipod, tripod, shooting bag)
Day pack
Night pack
Ruck
Radio (baofeng uv5r or better)
32hrs of sustainment gear
All necessary tools to adjust your rifle and scope
Small notebook and means to write
Appropriate clothing for the climate and situation

Prerequisites: Carbine 1 and Scoped Rifle 2
We will be honing and developing our skills for precision shooting both with and without distance.  Both with and without support.  Both while comfortable and while uncomfortable.
