Women’s Pistol 1

Give it a shot – no pun intended. This class is perfect for you if you’ve been thinking about essential firearms skills.

Women’s Pistol is a versatile class designed to accomodate female shooters of various backgrounds. Once safe gun handling has been established, we will transition to developing skills on the handgun. Expect to shoot around 50 rounds in this class as we begin to advance the fundamentals it takes to be a stable and accurate shooter. Other concepts learned in this course help bring women a better understanding of their handgun preferences. This class is built from the ground up to make women comfortable and confident.

Our Women’s Program Faciltator, will be running the class.

Alicia is an accomplished shooter across various platforms, as well as an adamant self-defense practitioner. She has experience in speed concealed carry, knife defense, force-on-force, vehicle defense, and is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt.

This class covers:

• Firearms safety for real life
• Handgun function and common terminologies
• Loading and unloading practices
• Fundamentals of shooting
• And much more!

Required Gear:

• Eye protection (with side shields)
• Hearing protection (plugs or muffs)
• A pistol if you own one
• 50 rounds of pistol ammunition
• At least 1 pistol magazine

We highly recommend bringing the following:

• Camp Chair
• Water/Gatorade
• Hat
• Appropriate clothing and footwear (No open toe shoes or V neck shirts)
